Bespoke design and build is a very involved process that requires a client brief, then usually the provision of a couple design concepts. Once they have been approved the build starts. By bypassing this entire process we are able to pass the time and money saved back to you.
You may cancel your order anytime. However we obviously hope you don't, and if there are any issues we'd be glad to work things through with you.
Yes, Although this will incur extra costs for you. We believe that our CMS system is so easy and intuitive that you will not need to use this service
If you wish us to load up your images and content we charge £20 per page. However please contact us for a quote.

Yes, you'll be fine. We have many clients using our system that fully admit they are technophobe's! The instructions are easy to follow and not least of which if you really get stuck you can contact us.

Yes, the editing software is on the server not on your machine so you can edit your site from any computer connected to the internet, PC or Mac.
Yes that may be possible. However this takes you away from the Smart Site concept and into bespoke, which need not be expensive, but we'll need to see how the design has been created as there are many design formats. Please email us to discuss your requirements.
Smart Sites are built by real people and not automatically by robots so please allow 24 hours to see your site on a test link.
Usually, yes. However we need to know how it's been constructed and what language it's been developed in. Please email us to discuss.

Absolutely! All our servers are backed up to tape on a daily basis. You can also download your own back up file directly from the content manager.
You can have up to 10 addresses, more by request. These can be used via webmail, POP3 or IMAP.
Yes, spam filters are server side and cost £29 per year.
No all costs are covered in the monthly subscription. However if you are fortunate enough to have a massively successful site that uses over 7500Mb of data transfer per month, we will need to talk to you to review your hosting package.

Sure, you've paid for it. All domains on your behalf, if registered by us will be in your name. The site and its content are yours. However the content management system belongs to Smart Site Pro and has been developed to work on our servers only.
Yes you can move your site to another provider, but you have to remember that only the framework and content of the site can be moved, as the Content Management System belongs to Smart SIte Pro. Transferring your domain to another provider and packaging up your website will be subject to a £30 administration charge. Please note we do not give out FTP details.
Yes we can, a domain name comes as part of the package. All domains registered by us will be registered in your name so you own it. The hosting cost also includes re-registering the domain.
Yes. All we need to do is change a couple of setting so that it points to our servers.
Yes. It's a good idea to do so. Some domains are better for search engines and some are better to use in conversation or print.
